We work quickly to process and ship your Goofy Onesie orders. Because our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast dispatch times, we can only accept order cancellation or modification requests within 24 hours of the order being placed.Β
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately within this timeframe.Β
Once 24 hours have passed, your order has already entered the automated fulfillment process and is being prepared by our warehouse and shipping carriers. Therefore, after 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, stopped, or modified under any circumstances.Β
If you wish to return the item after the 24-hour cancellation window has expired, you will need to wait for the package to be delivered to your address and then follow our standard Return & Refund procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, weβll make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped for the same item and size (based on availability). Reports made after 5 days will not qualify for a replacement or Refund.Β
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Return Window & Eligibility We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is shipped to request a return.

We offer FREE return shipping for size or variant exchanges. You will receive a pre-paid return label through our Returns Center.
β’ Refunds to Original Payment / Store Credit:
You will receive a pre-paid return label.
A flat feeΒ will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the return shipping costs.
For International Customers (Rest of World):
Customers outside the US are responsible for their own return shipping costs. You will be provided with our New York warehouse address upon approval of your request, and you may use any tracked carrier of your choice.
Please keep in mind that due to transit times, it may take up to 4 to 5 weeks for your returned package to reach our warehouse.
Label Validity: Pre-paid labels must be used within 7 days of issuance. Unused labels will be voided.
International Returns: Customers outside the USA must provide a tracking number in our Returns Center immediately after shipping. We cannot process returns without a valid tracking number.

Refund Process:
Refunds will strictly be issued only after the returned item has physically arrived at our facility and passed our full quality inspection. We must verify that the item is completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent and original tags must be attached. Before any refund can be processed.Β
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund (minus the shipping label fee for US customers) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes all necessary details (such as apartment or suite numbers).
Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast processing times. If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and fails to notify us before the order is processed, the customer bears full responsibility. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer and is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for the lost package, and no refunds or free replacement orders will be issued.
Order Cancellation Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. If you wish to return the item, you may do so after receiving the order in accordance with our return policy.
Fabric, Color & Design Variations Due to the nature of coral fleece fabric and lighting conditions during photography, slight variations in color tone, shade, or texture may occur. Minor differences in pile direction, fluff texture, softness, or overall appearance are considered natural characteristics of the material. Additionally, small variations in design details such as the eyes, hair, stitching, or character expression may occur between production batches. These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as manufacturing defects or valid reasons for free returns.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received β unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
